§ 14-22-40-2 — "Decoy"

Indiana·Art. 22 FISH AND WILDLIFE·Ch. 40 Shooting at Law Enforcement Decoys

As used in this chapter, "decoy" means a three-dimensional object that:

(1)resembles; and
(2)is intended to resemble; a game animal or other animal when placed in the animal's habitat.
