Text

(a)The department shall establish a trapper training program, including a course of instruction in trapping wild animals, that emphasizes methods, laws, ethics, responsibilities, natural history, wildlife management, and other matters associated with trapping.
(b)To carry out subsection (a), the department may cooperate with an organization that promotes the responsible trapping of wild animals. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-2-10-2(a),
