§ 14-22-35-2 — Conservation officer to administer program

Indiana·Art. 22 FISH AND WILDLIFE·Ch. 35 Hunting Safety

The director shall designate a conservation officer to administer the program. The officer shall do the following:

(1)Outline all phases of instruction.
(2)Conduct general supervision of individual programs.
