Text
Except as provided in rules adopted by the director:
(1)a person may not take, possess, transport, export, process, sell,
or offer for sale or shipment nongame species considered by the
director to be in need of management under this section; and
(2)a common or contract carrier may not knowingly transport or
receive for shipment nongame species considered by the director
to be in need of management under this section.
