§ 14-22-34-4 — "Nongame species" defined

Indiana·Art. 22 FISH AND WILDLIFE·Ch. 34 Nongame and Endangered Species Conservation
As used in this chapter, "nongame species" means any wild mammal, bird, amphibian, reptile, fish, mollusk, crustacean, or other wild animal not otherwise legally classified by Indiana statute or rule. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-2-8.5-1(e).]
