Text

To promote fish culture and the increase of useful food and game fish in the lakes and streams of Indiana and notwithstanding Indiana fish or game law, full authority is granted to the United States Fish and Wildlife Service to conduct fish hatching and all operations and investigations connected with fish hatching in the manner and at the time that is considered necessary and proper.
