Text

A person may not do any of the following:

(1)Offer a game bird or an exotic mammal for hunting, trapping, or chasing by a person using a weapon or device that is not a shotgun, muzzle loading gun, handgun, or bow and arrow.
(2)Hunt, trap, or chase a game bird or an exotic mammal with a weapon or device that is not a shotgun, muzzle loading gun, handgun, or bow and arrow. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-2-7-32(b).]
