Text
A person who:
(1)owns;
(2)holds; or
(3)controls by lease for a term of not less than five (5) years;
a contiguous tract of land containing an area of not less than one
hundred (100) acres and not more than six hundred forty (640) acres,
and who desires to establish a license shooting preserve must apply to
the division for a license.
