Text

The director may issue to a person who is the owner of a private pond a free permit to:

(1)possess on the person's premises; and
(2)use in the person's private pond only; an otherwise illegal fishing device under the rules that the director considers necessary. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-2-7-25.]
