Text

(a)The director may have an investigation made of a complaint that wild animals are causing damage or posing a health or safety threat to persons or domestic animals. If it is found that:
(1)the damage has not been caused by wild animals; or
(2)the person did not comply with the requirements under this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter; the director shall deny the permit according to the procedures in IC 4-21.5.
(b)A denial under this section is subject to administrative adjudication under IC 4-21.5. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-2-7-23(b).]
