Text

(a)A permit may be granted only upon satisfactory proof that the specific animals intended to be imported meet the following conditions:
(1)The animals are free of a communicable disease at the time of importation.
(2)The animals will not become a nuisance.
(3)The animals will not cause damage to a native wild or domestic species.
(b)The director may incorporate in the permit the restrictions that the director considers necessary. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-2-7-20(1) part.]
