§ 14-22-25-1 — Applicability of chapter
This chapter does not apply to the following:
(1)Animals imported into Indiana for the purpose of being
confined and exhibited in a zoo or other public display of animals.
(2)Other animals that the department designates.
(3)Animals regulated under IC 14-22-31-7.
(4)Game birds under a game breeder's license issued under IC 14-22-20.
