§ 14-22-24-3 — Field trial to be sanctioned

Indiana·Art. 22 FISH AND WILDLIFE·Ch. 24 Field Trial Permit
A permit to conduct a field trial may not be issued to a person unless the field trial is to be a sanctioned trial under the rules of a national or regional hunting dog association recognized or approved by the department. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-2-7-19(c).]
