Text

(a)The department may issue a permit for a minimum fee of ten dollars ($10) to a person to conduct a field trial under rules adopted under IC 4-22-2 for the protection of wild animals. The rules shall be incorporated in or attached to the permit when issued.
(b)The fee in subsection (a) is subject to IC 14-22-2-10. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-2-7-19(b).]
