§ 14-22-23-2 — Out-of-state license

Indiana·Art. 22 FISH AND WILDLIFE·Ch. 23 Falconry License

An individual who:

(1)resides in a state other than Indiana; and
(2)has a valid license to practice falconry in the individual's state of residence; is not required to obtain a license under this chapter. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-2-7-17.5(b).]
