§ 14-22-21-4 — Possession of wild animals for taxidermy purposes

Indiana·Art. 22 FISH AND WILDLIFE·Ch. 21 Taxidermist License

A person may:

(1)without a license; and
(2)for taxidermy purposes; possess a wild animal not protected by Indiana law. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-2-7-9(3).]
