Text

(a)The department may, under rules adopted under IC 4-22-2, issue to a person, upon payment of a minimum fee of fifteen dollars ($15), a license to possess for taxidermy purposes a wild animal or the hide or skin of a wild animal:
(1)protected by Indiana law; and
(2)during the closed season for the animal.
(b)The fee in subsection (a) is subject to IC 14-22-2-10. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-2-7-9(1).]
