Text
(a)The division may, with the approval of the
director, engage in revenue raising projects, including the following:
(1)The sale of items made by employees of the department,
purchased for resale, or taken on consignment for sale.
(2)The sale of the right or authority to market items, devices, or
artwork owned or controlled by the department.
(3)The solicitation of gifts.
(4)The sale of nonmonetary gifts.
(b)All money raised under this section shall be deposited in the fish
and wildlife fund.
