Text

The agents or employees of a person who is licensed are exempt from procuring a license to purchase:

(1)furbearing mammals; or
(2)the untanned hides, skins, or furs of furbearing mammals; at the office or place of business of the person for whom the license was issued. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-2-7-7(4).]
