§ 14-22-18-1 — Designation of free sport fishing days

Indiana·Art. 22 FISH AND WILDLIFE·Ch. 18 Free Sport Fishing Days
The director may, with the approval of the commission, designate not more than four (4) days in each year as free sport fishing days. If the director designates more than one (1) day in a year as free sport fishing days, the days may be consecutive or nonconsecutive. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-2-7-33(a).]
