Text
(a)An individual may not provide hunting
guide services without a hunting guide license issued under this
chapter.
(b)The director shall issue a hunting guide license to an applicant
upon the applicant's submission of an application that includes all
information required by the director and payment of the fee described
in section 3 of this chapter.
