Text

The clerk of the circuit court in each county shall retain as the property of the county the service fees provided by section 8 of this chapter from the sale of licenses sold by the clerk. The clerk shall pay the fees promptly into the county general fund as other fees are paid. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-2-7-6(2).]
