5.

(a)As used in this section, "automated point of sale licensing system" means a system designed to dispense hunting, fishing, and trapping licenses.
(b)The department shall develop and implement an automated point of sale licensing system for use in Indiana for the sale of hunting, fishing, and trapping licenses to residents and nonresidents of Indiana.
(c)The department shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to implement the automated point of sale licensing system under this section.
