3.
(a)Subject to the commission adopting
fees under subsection (b), the department may issue to residents of
Indiana lifetime licenses to hunt, fish, or trap.
(b)The commission may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 and IC 14-10-2-4 to establish fees for lifetime licenses to hunt, fish, or trap.
(c)A lifetime license issued under this article before July 1, 2005,
may still be used if the license holder moves out of state.
