Text

The department shall deposit in the fish and wildlife fund twenty dollars ($20) from the cost of every nonresident license to hunt deer for any time in any manner. The department shall transfer the revenue deposited under this section from the fish and wildlife fund to the deer research and management fund. However, a transfer is not required if the budget agency finds that it would reduce the balance in the fish and wildlife fund to less than three million dollars ($3,000,000) at the end of the state fiscal year.
