Text
(a)A nonresident of Indiana may not
represent falsely to an officer or agent authorized to sell a license or
permit under this article that the nonresident is a resident of Indiana for
the purpose of procuring a resident license or permit under this article.
(b)A license or permit procured by violating this section:
(1)is void; and
(2)does not confer a right or privilege to engage in the pursuit
mentioned in the license or permit.
