Text

A person who recklessly, knowingly, or intentionally disturbs human remains or grave markers while moving, uncovering, or removing artifacts or burial objects either:

(1)without a plan approved by the department under:
(A)section 25 of this chapter; or
(B)IC 14-3-3.4-14 (before its repeal); or
(2)in violation of such a plan; commits a Level 6 felony. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-3-3.4-17.]
