Text

(a)Any person may nominate a site or structure for addition to or removal from the register. Upon approval of the nomination by the division, all affected persons shall be notified.
(b)If an objection to the action is not filed with the division within thirty (30) days after the notification date, the nomination is automatically approved.
(c)If an objection is received within thirty (30) days, a designated member of the review board shall hold a hearing and make a determination. The review board shall make the final decision regarding a nomination, subject to review and appeal under IC 4-21.5. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-3-3.4-8.]
