§ 14-20-8-1 — "Real property" defined

As used in this chapter, "real property" means the following: The north 284 feet of a 10 foot alley along the east side of Plat No. 210 and a part of Lots No. 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 of Plat No. 210, which is a part of the west one-half of Block 10, of the Whitehill Tract, Plat No. 173 and also the north 284 feet of the east one-half of Block No. 10 of the Whitehill Tract, Plat No. 173, situated in the city of New Albany, Floyd County, and known as the William S.
