§ 14-20-7-1 — "Buildings and grounds" defined
Indiana·Art. 20 STATE MUSEUMS AND HISTORIC SITES·Ch. 7 Indiana State Soldiers' Home Historical Monument
As used in this chapter, "buildings and grounds" means the property that:
(1)lies east of a line running north and south and tangent to the
most easterly point on the circular drive of the Indiana Veterans'
Home;
(2)contains approximately six (6) acres; and
(3)includes those buildings of the home that:
(A)were in the original group of buildings constructed at the
home; and
(B)are known as the Administration Building, the Lawrie
Library, and the Commandant's Residence.
