Text

As used in this chapter, "real property" means the following: All of the block No. 9 in the city of Madison, known as The Lanier Block, bounded on the north by First Street, on the east by Vine Street, on the south by Ohio Street, and on the west by Elm Street, situated in Jefferson County, Indiana, and commonly known as The James F.D.
