As used in this chapter, "real property" means the Old Goshen Baptist Church and cemetery containing the graves of revolutionary soldiers and Indiana pioneers that is a tract containing two and one-half (2 1/2) acres and situated in Harrison County, Indiana, on State Road 11 about twelve (12) miles south of Corydon.
