Text
(a)The governor or the governor's designee
shall act as the chair of the commission.
(b)The chair shall give notice of the date, time, and place of a
meeting of the commission to the members of the commission at least
ten (10) days before the meeting date by any of the following methods:
(1)Mail.
(2)Fax.
(3)Telephone.
(4)Electronic mail.
