§ 14-20-11-9 — Acquisition of real property
The commission may, in the commission's discretion:
(1)acquire on behalf of the state;
(2)through gifts, bequests, legacies, and donations or by purchase
out of money received as similar contributions; and
(3)at prices considered reasonable to the commission;
land, buildings, structures, and other property or interests in property.
