§ 14-20-11-4 — Members
(a)The commission is composed of ten (10)
members as follows:
(1)Five (5) members shall be appointed by the speaker of the
house of representatives.
(2)Five (5) members shall be appointed by the president of the
senate.
(b)The commission must be bipartisan.
