Text
The commission may accept gifts,
bequests, legacies, and donations of money for the acquisition and
maintenance of property if the money received is deposited in a special
trust fund to be designated as the Wendell L. Willkie memorial fund.
The fund shall be applied to and expended under the direction of the
chairman of the commission to carry out this chapter.
