§ 14-19-7-3 — Cooperation with political subdivisions
Indiana·Art. 19 STATE PARKS AND RECREATION AREAS·Ch. 7 Falls of the Ohio National Wildlife Conservation Area
The department may cooperate with Indiana
political subdivisions to develop and implement plans for appropriate
facilities within and adjacent to the Falls of the Ohio National Wildlife
Conservation Area.
