Text
The city of Indianapolis may do the following, subject to the same rules, regulations, ordinances, and laws as public parks owned by the city of Indianapolis:
(1)Beautify, improve, maintain, and regulate the use of
University Square in Indianapolis.
(2)Erect in University Square monuments, fountains, and art
treasures.
