§ 14-19-11-7 — Executive director; appointment
(a)The director of the division shall:
(1)appoint an individual to serve as executive director of the
authority; and
(2)evaluate the performance of the executive director annually.
(b)The director of the division may dismiss the executive director
of the authority.
