§ 14-19-11-4 — Establishment; purpose
The Indiana state park inns authority is established for the purposes of managing, operating, and administering:
(1)inns, lodging, and other facilities on property owned or
operated by the department; and
(2)activities associated with hospitality and recreation as
considered necessary by the executive director.
