The following definitions apply throughout this chapter:
(1)"Fund" refers to the recreational trail maintenance fund
established by section 2 of this chapter.
(2)"Recreational trail" has the meaning set forth in IC 8-4.5-1-16.
(3)"Responsible party" has the meaning set forth in IC 8-4.5-1-17.
