§ 14-18-6-2 — "Interested person" defined
(a)As used in this chapter, "interested person"
means:
(1)the owner of real property; or
(2)the owner of an easement for public park purposes in, over, or
through any real property;
bordering on Lake Michigan.
(b)The term includes a unit (as defined in IC 36-1-2-23).
