Text
The state reserves the power to sell, transfer,
and convey, as provided by law, rights-of-way in land that is subject to
this chapter for railroads, street and interurban railroads, switch tracts,
lateral railroads, pipelines, gas pipelines, water pipelines, sewer lines,
head race or tail race for hydro development, electric transmission
lines, telephone lines, and telegraph lines to a public utility organized
under Indiana law.
