§ 14-18-5-1 — Applicability of chapter
This chapter applies to land that:
(1)was owned by the state as of May 16, 1927;
(2)borders upon or lies adjacent to a lake or stream; and
(3)is not otherwise used or occupied or intended for use or
occupation by an institution, a department, or an office of the state
government.
