§ 14-18-11-2 — Approval of terms and conditions of rights-of-way
The terms and conditions upon which the rights-of-way are granted and conveyed by deed under this chapter must be submitted to and approved by:
(1)the governor;
(2)the attorney general; and
(3)the Indiana department of administration;
before the deed becomes operative or possession is taken under a deed.
