Text

A person may not erect or construct a utility, telephone, or telegraph line upon or across:

(1)a state park;
(2)a state forest;
(3)a state game preserve;
(4)land acquired by the state and set aside for use by the public as a scenic or historic place; or
(5)that part of a public highway right-of-way that passes through a state park, a state forest, a state game preserve, or land acquired by the state and set aside for use by the public as a scenic or historic place; unless the person has a permit from the director to erect or construct the line.
