§ 14-18-1-1 — Adoption and publication of plan
The department shall, with the advice and approval of the appropriate advisory committee, prepare, formally adopt, and publish a projected ten (10) year plan for the following:
(1)Land acquisition.
(2)Capital improvement.
(3)The development of facilities of the department.
