Text
A vehicle that is:
(1)from another state or country and is not registered in that state
or country; and
(2)owned by a nonresident of Indiana;
may be operated on designated trails and properties owned or managed
by the department if the operator of the vehicle pays a fee set by the
commission for an annual trail use tag.
