§ 14-16-1-25 — Enforcement powers
(a)All law enforcement officers in Indiana
shall enforce this chapter.
(b)The attorney general and prosecuting attorneys have concurrent
power to approve, file, and prosecute an affidavit charging a violation
of this chapter.
