Indiana Statutes
§ 14-16-1-1 — Legislative intent
It is the general intent and purpose of the general assembly in enacting this chapter to promote:
(1)safety for persons and property;
(2)responsible enjoyment in and connected with the use and
operation of off-road vehicles and snowmobiles; and
(3)understanding consistent with the rights of all the citizens of
Indiana.
